Is there a software that can plot a photo on 3-d space giving the image a more scientific and mysterious look..?

sorry, that doesn't fulfill my requirements...I'm looking for a software that can convert photos into a plotted image...it's hard to describe..
check this video 'House of Cards-Radiohead' on youtube, and you'll understand what I'm looking for..

they didnt make that from photos. they used expensive equipment to capture 3d data from real life.

I know that...just wanted to check if there are equivalent softwares to work with photos...because, I don't want to capture a motion picture...

There is software that can do that but it is not something I think you would be willing to pay for just to do that. It converts the image into a point cloud that can then be manipulated. The software starts at around $15K.

whoa..you're right, I'm just trying to explore this type of manipulation, and it is not something I'd pay such an amount. Thank you anyway.
