Sure...go ahead. You can tell anyone who asks, you have my permission.

Better get a good lawyer on retainer though...celebrities tend to be rather finicky about other people using their likeness without permission or payment...especially for commercial purposes.

I work with a lot of media and run into copyrights quite a bit for images .
Quote from my lawyer in an email.
You may use any photo that could be obtained in a public area until the person in the photo ask you to remove it. You may also reproduce any photo taken by any photographer provided it wasn't a photo taken in a prearranged , private or of a contracted nature. The exception is when company trademarks or logos may appear in the photo and in those corporate law supersedes the above.
 
The copyright owner is the photographer and the image is fine celebrity wise as long as they didn't have a reasonable expectation of privacy. Don't use the photo without the photographer's permission or stipulations.

that part i hope to cover with the license agreements on wikimedia. the celeb images i'm a little concerned about.
