or you could get him a mod for his xBox, or maybe some DVD's he'd like.
 
If the Grand Theft Auto series is on the Xbox then that might be a good choice. Also MechAssault is a fun game. If he's anything like me then games like Metal Gear Solid and Resident Evil would be great as well (I don't know if the Xbox has Resident Evil, but if it has Silent Hill or any other type of survival horror game then that would probably do the trick).

Check out IGN.com or Gamespot.com and look through their Xbox section to see what kind of games got the best reviews.

Despite the overwhelming number of excellent games for all consoles, I'm going to have to go with the recommendation of wild sex as being better than any of them.

i like buying him gifts on special days, its the only time i get a chance to go get him something nice he could use. i was going to get him clothes but thats so boring. he has a playstation, what are good games on that too.

As far as I know, Grand Theft Auto hasn't been released on the X-Box. If he has a PS/2 or a computer with the capability of running it (hard to say if his laptop would be sufficient w/o knowing the specs), you could buy the game for one of those platforms.

You might want to find out somehow if he has it first, though, or at least save your receipts so he can return it if he has already purchased it.

Regardless, I think he is going to appreciate your gift because you've obviously put a lot of thought into it.

Now for the games... havent really played any Xbox, but i'm in love with Madden 04 for PS2.

If he likes sports, get him a kick ass game for a sport he likes, make sure it's a good one though by checking out some gaming mags.

Rallisport challenge is a fun game, although somewhat limited in what you can do vs. the Gran Turismo series offered on the Play Station platforms. Sega GT2002 tried to be a Gran Turismo but couldn't quite get it down. Gotham Racing 2 is supposed to be out soon and many people are drooling over it.
