im thinking they do now.

i know my wife and I both saw it because she said "did you see that"? and i said yes. and from when we saw it and we were in our kids room maybe 30 seconds passed.

it was a human figure, shadow like because it was darker than the dark halway. we both clearly saw a head, legs and arms.

ok time to think of something else, ive got goosebumbs.

heh in my old farm house (really old! like 110years old!) we had mice. one of them was on a bookcase with the light behind it and it cast a very scarry shadow on the wall.

I had just finished watching a few scarry movies when this happened. it scared the poop out of me. my wife ran into the room and thought i was freaking out over the mouse.

i went and baught a bunch of mouse poisen and traps the next day heh.

The college I went to bought houses in the neighborhood and turned them into dorms and offices. Every one was over 100 years old easy, and several were "haunted".

I was an RA for two years, so I stayed during Christmas breaks and whatnot. One year I was downstairs in the lobby area, near the ONLY door into the building, knowing full well that everybody else was home for the week except the HR (who was gone for the night), and I heard a horrendous crash up on the 3rd floor, followed by a scream of pain. I ran up thinking someone had snuck in, nothing. The front door was setup with a code/alarm so if someone had opened it to leave it would've gone off, same with every other door. No windows within 10ft of the ground, so unlikely someone jumped out.

All the rest of that week I heard people running through the building, slamming doors, even though nobody was there.

So yeah, I just ignored it and repressed it, like any real man would've.

One thing to always remember; There does not have to be reasoning behind everything. That said, it was what it was. There is no use in worrying. Just leave it where it belongs, in the past. Hopefully it won't happen again.

My friend told me this story about a ouiji board him and his friend used... some creepy stuff.

Another friend told me of a floating figure with red eyes staring at him in his bed room as well.

There are things that are unexplainable...

how sure are you that it was actually really a "figure", and not a shadow coming from outside (light outside the house ?) or even something like a bug around a light or similiar which cast a shadow ?

Then..if you are sure it was someone...care to describe ? tall ? small ? what did he wear ? How fast did it move ? etc..etc...interesting.

I have no clue what you saw but then i get reminded of a few years ago when i read a lot of books regarding ufos/alien abductions etc...i dont want to scare you...nor do i have my own opinion made up about those things (still debating...human psychology is VERY complex:) , anyway there are *interesting* books out..nevertheless. Maybe there's a link..any recent experiences with "ufos", weird dreams or do the kids sometimes mention "weird" stuff ?
