I'm holding out buying it on HD. Most of the scenes are dark as I remember so I was thinking that HD versus DVD won't really showcase the HD difference.
 
I still haven't watched it yet on HD-DVD. Maybe I'll do that this weekend when I watch the 3rd Bourne in HD.
 
In Batman Begins, it would have been funny if at the end of the credits they put "Batman Ends".

Maybe that wouldn't be funny.

Not only that but the scene they will show was filmed using 70mm IMAX cameras and not 35mm that was sent through their DMR process.

I saw the new full length Dark Knight trailer the other day and it looks badass.

lucky bastard! actually i believe certain key scenes were filmed with the imax camera, which should make for a truly epic experience. ive already spoiled it for myself though and read the description of the scene, but ive been good about keeping my yapper shut around anyone else about it.

That is correct, I want to say something like 30 minutes worth of it was filmed in IMAX 70mm.

It's a great HD DVD. The opening scene in the greenhouse has an eye-popping, 3D effect its so clear.
