I know, right? So should I buy a 720p, 1080i, or 1080p system? Should I buy an HD-DVD or Blu-Ray player? What HDTV service should I go with? What about OLED and all that other junk? I'm waiting. I have a 27" 4:3 CRT SDTV for regular cable and a projector that can handle HD for movie and game nights. I'm good for now :)

Can you see the difference between SDTV/DVD's and HDTV? If not, you're blind.

Dude, he just said he's happy with what he has, not that he can't see the difference. I can see there is an obvious improvement too, but it doesn't make me want to spend the money on HD-DVD or even just an HDTV. Because for me it's the content that I care about, as long as it looks reasonably good it's fine for me. I don't expect to own an HDTV for the next 3-5 years.
