I currently have the following:
Athlon64 3200+ Venice @ 2320 MHz stock vCore
Zalman CNPS7000B-AlCu
MSI K8NGM2-FID
1GB Dual channel Corsair XMS DDR400
Western Digital 250GB SATA-II /w 16MB cache
Western Digital 120GB ATA133
NEC ND-3550A DVD Burner
3 yr. old 8x dvd-rom drive
Sparkle 350 Watt PSU
Geforce 6150 Onboard graphics (For now)

I'm looking to get the following:
7600GT
vf900
x2-4200+
Scythe Mine + 2000RPM 100mm fan
16x dvd-rom drive

I'm gonna get 2GB of RAM when Vista comes out.

I want this computer to last me 2 years (except maybe a vid card upgrade in like a year or so)
Is there something I'm overlooking? or is this a good upgrade plan.

my mobo has no voltage control and FSB doesn't go past 250 so I need the extra push from the 11x multi to (hopefully) reach 2.6 or so
