That car's too nice to drive to school anyway, some fvckhead would just key it.

My high school had parking permits, too. Of course, having a permit doesn't mean you could find a parking spot. They issued permits to anyone who wanted one, even after they issued more permits than there were spaces. So, even with a permit, you had to get there early if you actually wanted to park anywhere near the school.

Oh my god, your life is now over!

i parked on the streets at my high school.

sucks for you. sophmores are allowed to park at my school. though seniors get first pick on parking, then juniors.

Edit: Parking is $5 for the whole year at my school. 😛

We had a couple of shopping centers around our school...we also had an elementary school across the street. If they found out that you were parking in any of those parking lots and walking the rest of the way, they'd put stickers on your windows notifying that you'd be towed, and if you parked there again, they'd tow your ass.

I had a similiar thing happen. We convinced the principal to allow us to rotate three people in a spot. Me and two others took turns driving the whole year.

Nice job on the challenger, whew sweet.

If I can remember correctly, parking passes at my highschool were around $40/year. Seniors got first choice, then juniors, etc. However, as someone else mentioned, having a permit didn't guarantee where/if you would actually be able to park. I remember skipping school a few days just because I arrived maybe five minutes before homeroom and there were no open spots.

In the end, you'll be happy that you didn't actually park at school, I'm sure. It's basically guaranteed that any car (ESPECIALLY that car) in a HS parking lot will get hit, dinged, keyed, kicked, or broken into.

What kind of freaking high school makes you pay for parking passes? Or has parking passes to begin with? Truly assanine. At my high school we had to fill out a form with the make/model of our car and the plate number I believe but that was the extent of it.

same here

WTF... you are a senior... why don't you have seniority?

I never had a pass my whole senior year, I just parked there anyways... Of course I was in a small school.... (graduated with 78 people, which was the largest class in history)

Very nice car, although I personally wouldn't take it with a few miles of any school parking lot. There would bound to be some arsehat around that would key it.

sux dood... seniors should DEFINATELY get first pick at the passes.... if u applied for the pass when all the other seniors did and didnt get one... and ONE junior has a parking permit.. i'd be pretty ticked off dood...

whats your school's policy on the parking permits.. did they say why you didnt get one

once again.. sucks man... sorry to hear it.. driving yourself is so much better in HS.. plus makes u feel powerful

wow highschool has sure gotten lame.

no tolerance policy and now parking permits.

i cant imagine whats next.

driving to high school is overrated. just be glad that you can use the car to go out nights and weekends. and if you think $75 is bad for a parking permit, wait till you go to college. they charge an average of $500 a semester for parking at my school, with the most expensive lot costing somewhere in the $700 dollar range.......yay.

1973 Dodge Challenger

I took my 68 Ford Torino GT to school and this ass keyed it and hit it with a door. Screw high school :|

OMG! That Dodge looks awesome! Post some more pics you will please! Maybe not getting the pass is saving you car from getting keyed. I don't think it would last long either way, seriously, it would get keyed pretty soon. How much did you spend restoring it?

I rode my bike and saved five dollers. MY junior year I got a pass from someone and scanned it, changed the number and then printed it on a glossy paper. Worked fine. You should do the same. BTW, our High School had the same problem. We didnt have near enough parking spaces. The end of my senior year they finally opened up the basketball courts as an overflow lot for kids who got there late. And you know what really pissed me off? The stupid 11th graders pissed and moaned about there beign no parking for them. Well FVCK you you little pissants. Wait until you can see over the fvcking steering wheel before you can drive to school. God danm cry babies.
