I'd gladly pay that much. My school (WSU) charges ~$150/yr BUT sells ~4:1 passes to sport. Meaning parking spots are near to impossible to find.

My school charged $100 back in the day, but we had like 12 security guards to watch 2 lots. School of 2000 people. They caught people doing anything. If you weren't out of your car within 30 seconds of parking, they would be on you, "Is there a problem? Get to class. No loitering." You didn't stop in the parking lot while walking to the building... You SURE didn't turn around to go back to your car. You didn't go into the parking lot except for start\end of school and lunch. They were true parking lot nazis. But hey, I never knew anyone who got their car keyed at my school. But then, there weren't many lower class thug types there either.
