I'm 5'11" and was up to 190 lbs, trickling it off by giving up on fast food, sometimes skipping meals (yeah, I know that's not the thing to do), and substituting any crappy snack foods with veggies and fruit. I've cut my carb intake in half. So far, I've lost 6 lbs and I feel better. If only I could convince myself to change from drinking Coca Cola classic to Coca Cola diet.
