A while back, I bought a 9600XT that came with an ATI Half-Life 2 coupon

Back then there were packs called:
Bronze - $50
Silver - $60
Gold - $90

THe coupon gave me an auto-bronze and now I want to upgrade to silver becuase the coupon gave me a -$50 but theres no such thing as "silver" now. Instead, there are 3 packs called:

Source Multiplayer Pack
Source Premier Pack
Valve Complete Pack

And none of these offers give me the -$50 that used to be part of the deal

Does anyone know how to find the "Silver pack" now or another pack that gives me dod:source and will only cost me $10?
 
Too late, the offer has finished, the bronze/silver/gold packages are no longer available. You'll have to pay the $20 for DODS.
