I'm tired of the whining

Seriously, if one more of my coworkers comes in complaining about gas my head is going to explode in frustration. If it's too expensive DON'T BUY IT!!! Seriously wtf!! Now, I know "I live too far away, I have to drive blah blah". And that is EXACTLY my point. It's not too expensive obviously. Why? Because you obviously earn enough at your job to keep buying it! My mom always used to say "When it bothers you enough you'll change. If you don't change then it obviously doesn't matter."

Like all these YAGT threads. Why do guys keep going back to girls who cheat on them? Because they're worth it. Why do we get married? Because it's worth it. Why do you keep paying $3 for gas, because it's worth it. Seriously, if it's too expensive stop buying it or stfu! I don't want to hear about it for half an hour every morning.

We don't want to hear you complain about people complaining about gas being too expensive

Agreed. Im sick of people complaining about gas prices as well. They can ride a bike if it bothers them soo much. I think many of those people need to get their priorities in order; they complain about $3.00 /gallon gas prices but they can buy one, even two cups of starbucks lattes a day at $4.00 a cup. How much are those lattes per gallon? That's $64 per gallon of starbucks latte.

Not gas related, but I was in the liquor store yestedray and some guy comes in and starts complaining about the price of a bottle of smirnoff vodka. He then nags and whines to the cashier for a few minutes about the expensive price and how it's soo much cheaper in New Jersey where he lives. Im thinking "if it's too expensive for your poor a$$, dont buy it and take you're alcoholic a$$ back to the armpit of America where you can buy that nasty smirnoff at a cheaper price."

Nevermind

I thought it was supposed to go to $4 a gallon with all this battle over in the ME... I want to see these Suburban and Expedition soccer mom's payin' $200 a tank!

Well obviously you don't care enough about the issue or else you would do something about it like duct taping your co-worker's mouths shut of getting a new job.

Amen. They buy coke from the machine and pay $6 a gallon at least. Switch to water from the tap and you'll probably spend less per month on gas then you did coke. Same goes for coffee.

He obviously cares enough to post a worthless rant on ATOT. That counts for something, doesn't it??

Oh, bullsh1t. If no one complained, we'd all be passive tools who let the government control us. If we didn't b1tch, whine and moan no one would give two sh1ts about anything. People need to start taking action, because we can't just sit down and let them raise the gas prices over our heads and drown us.

I did. This morning I told him to ride a bike if it was that expensive. He then went on and on about how he lives an hour away. I suggested he switch jobs. He kinda looked at me a minute and walked off. Hopefully it will be the last time I hear about it. I just had to say something here too. It's bothering me so I posted. If they don't stfu there's nothing more I can do about it.

Yeah, we figured it out one time here in OT, the cost per gallong of gas is much cheaper than just about every other fluid we use.

Of course, with drinks you always have a cheaper option. Buy cases from the grocery store, get a Brita filter and bottle your own water.
With gasoline you are SOL. You could go deisel, but that requires a whole new engine and maybe even a new car.

Exactly and b!tching isn't taking action. If you ask me to wash your car and I say "OMG you always ask me to do this, this is the last time you hear me?? The last time!!" but washed it every time you asked. You would ignore my complaints and keep asking me to wash your car. The whole point of my post is if it's a big deal do something about it, complaining doesn't solve shiza.
