I'm thinking that chocolate malt is the best ice cream flavor

I grew up in the mid west and one of the local dairies had a ice cream shop in the front that made fantastic real old school malts then :)

I'm still a Mint Moosetrack fan these days though in general at home. I try not to limit myself when out and about, depending where I am.
Me, too. We had Goodrich Dairy. They made & sold all their own dairy products. I worked at the ice cream shop in high school. Real malts & shakes with the old-school Osters.

Someone go buy Ben & Jerry's Cookies and Cream and post how good it is. I posted it for it to get tried.

As base ice cream? Chocolate silk, AKA chocolate and vanilla mixed together. Especially if it is dark chocolate. After that, add in all the stuff you want, whether caramel, butterscotch, peanut butter, fudge, sea salt, cookie dough, or dark chocolate truffles.

Personal favorite is Haagen-Daz Rum-Raisin.

Love a thick rich malt shake though.

Bailey Ice cream is really nice anyone haddd?
I tend to stay away from ersatz liquor flavors. If you're gonna do it, do it right. Right in the case is *Carolans* on ice cream. Carolans is better, and cheaper than Baileys. Baileys is fine if that's all you have though.

Was Best-Ever Diary here, still have a milk bottle or two around that have the creamer globe on it.

Have an Aunt was checking it out once to see if it was from her diary farm, they were one of the suppliers back then.

^^ For non-homogenized milk, to let cream collect in top section?

Yeppers. :D Growing up I used to go up the the diary farm there quite a bit, and there was almost always a pitcher of straight from the cow milk in the fridge, they kept their equipment clean.
