Is it an integer? It's a lot harder if it's only specified as a rational or real number...if you include the complex plane, it's pretty tough -- in that case is the magnitude of the number between 1 & 10 or is each component between 1 and ten, in which case it is between sqrt(2) and sqrt(20)?

In summary...Is it, ICED tea?
