Me too.

I had a major fight with my GF this weekend.
She says she is not ready to be in a relationship (she has some issues there about committing) but she wants to get to know me better and wants the two of us to continue dating.
I hate life! why can't anything be ever easy?
 
Test tomorrow, 2 weeks until I have half my coursework in for electronics (UK thing), but then I have a gf, so it's kinda all negated.

Man, that sucks. I'm really sorry to hear about your dad and grandfather. Is your grandfather ok?

At least if you move into a new place next semester your psycho girlfriend probably won't have your phone number.

He is ok at the moment, but they said basically it could come back.

Heh...well, she still has my cell phone number. And next year she is going to Temple, so she will be a mile down the road.
 
Well, this week might actually turn out to be decent. I had a test this morning that I think I did okay on. I just finished an assignment for one of my other classes and my teammate and I are about to start a program that's due at midnight for another class (we decided that since this weekend was awful for working on it, we'd turn it in Wednesday and only lose 4 points due to the instructor's late penalty).

Let's see... tomorrow I sign the lease for my apartment next year (doesn't sound great, I know, but it's technically the first home I've "owned"). After we get the program done, I'm basically done for the week and next week is spring break. Learned that the 2 Skinnee J's will be playing two shows in close proximity to my house (one at home over break and one 45 minutes from school the day after I get back from break), so I'll get to see one of my favorite bands twice in three days for only $25 total.

As for the bad, I was sick all weekend and am still trying to get over whatever the heck it is I've got.

All in all, I'm in a pretty good mood right now, outside of the whole sick thing and all, of course.

I am happy. Work is good, I have money in the bank, I have a really good social life, lots of friends, my kids are just awesome, all in all, I can't complain.

You can't be, 'cuz i am. Met the woman of my dreams a while ago, and things are going wonderfully. The cherry on top of the sundae is that we're going to Ireland for a vacation at month's end in a package deal we found for next to nothing 😀
 
quiz wednesday. program due wednesday. quiz thursday. midterm friday. then next week is finals week. yet i am happy 🙂

I just found out this morning that my wife is pregnant. The baby is going to be here sometime in November. You can probably guess how happy I am. 🙂

Congratulations!!!!

But damn! I'm getting old!
My brithday was a few days ago and all of a sudden I start thinking about kids and how much I would like to hear news like this from the girl I am currently seeing ....
Unthinkable even a few weeks ago!
And I am really still too young in my opinion to think about stuff like that! With 30 you are supposed to settle down, have kids ...
 
Being where you are, doing what you're doing, feeling what you're feeling sure beats the alternative.
