That's why I've had my eye on a Vollrath Tribute 10" (only a few places sell them individually, as the company does not). I don't cook for several people much, anymore, so a SS skillet slightly smaller than my CI skillet is the only major gap in my cookware. Also, All-clad style handles are D:.

I may have to check out Vollrath. I have a membership to a commercial restaurant supply house, they probably sell individuals.
