I had sushi once. They forgot to cook it. Never again will I eat it.

Maybe you should try a better sushi joint. Note that unless you are near a large body of water and/or your sushi restaurant gets their fish flown in from JP, your sushi is probably garbage.

They don't serve any party bigger than 3, and it is kinda pricy. But it's well worth it 😛

Not sure how fresh the fishes are though considering the location is in Colorado. Even being in Sacramento, I can taste freshness disparity from the bay area.

Hmm .... Lake Michigan is only about 30 or so miles away .....
That said ... the one place I went to did not look like a "we fly our fish in fresh daily" type of place.

Also, in general, I'd rather eat chicken, pork, lamb, or beef over most fish (other than shellfish.)

Work meeting lunch, we went to a pizza buffet. I'm near chicago so it was pretyt good. Not the best Chicago pizza, but better than anything you'd get anywhere else.

The one great place in LA that flies his shit in from JP daily charges a whopping 275pp before tax and tip. Other high tier sushi joints average 75-100pp.
