Just get the word out. Any family friends with a small business hook them up. Then have them tell their clients etc.
 
I don't have experience, but I am getting my contracting license.

The main partner built his own house. Everything in the home he built himself. We will be using that as a reference (taking pictures, etc). It looks very beautiful and he did a great job.

Instead of hiring random people off the street on the side of 7-11 my job will be to help carry things and move things around (I'm a big guy). I won't be doing any of the main work because I simply do not know what to do. However, the other people know exactly what to do.

Since we are all very close we will all make equal amounts of money. I guess I benefit the most out of this.
