Some young tard parked right next to my car so that i couldn't even get between the cars to open the driver's door. She was still in the car, so i knocked on the window to get her to move.

... so she reverses her car out, clips my rear bumper and then says she never touched it.

And my last 2 car dings were female drivers.

I was taking a 4 year old boy and my 6 year old daughter for a walk around the neighborhood. They were driving identical razor electric gokarts. Pretty fast machines, with a thumb throttle on the steering wheel. My daughter couldn't stay on the road. Full throttle, not enough throttle, beeline for the curb, into the bushes.... The boy gave it smooth throttle, never wide wide open, and steered it like it was on tracks.

That's a data point of one, but indicates something inherent of the sexes to me.

Reminds me of a similar story. I watched in horror as a Chinese woman decides to try to park her Lincoln Navigator in the compact space next to my GT-R. She was next to my driver's side so I couldn't enter my car, much less move it. To her credit, after several attempts in-and-out, she finally did fit it in there.
 
Your thread title is like when someone says "I don't mean to insult you but..." And then proceeds to do exactly that. I agree it seems like women make more stupid moves, but statistically I am pretty sure men have a higher rate of accidents.

That doesn't tell the full story. Men are more skillful drivers, but are also more likely to do stupid stuff on the razor edge of control, especially when young.
 
I think what happens is lot of them are simply apathetic about their driving, they don't really care or are even ignorant about how bad they are. They're not all bad drivers but lot of them are. Asians are supposedly bad too from everything I hear, but we don't really have any here.

I do see the odd bad male drivers too though. Was on my way back from camping and this guy was causing a huge traffic jam because he was doing like 50 on the highway. I could not pass since I was near the end of a long line of cars and transports who were also stuck behind him. It was like that all the way to town. As soon as it switched to 2 lanes everyone just started to pass him. At first I was jokingly thinking to myself "asian woman from out of town" but it turned out to be an old man.

Then of course you have the asshole drivers, they're not so much bad drivers in terms of skill, but are just very dangerous and are just well, assholes Typically those will be men and are probably actually worse than bad drivers in terms of road safety. Worse is the ones who have those blue HID lights because they blind everyone AND drive like assholes. Usually Ford F250s or Dodge Rams.
 
I can attest to that since I married one. Wife scraped up all 3 cars we've ever had, had two accidents that's her fault rear ended another car, hit the house twice (took out the garage door one time) and I've lost count the number of times putting the car out of alignment due to curb climbing and what not. I've had one accident since we've been married and it was another car sideswiping me so not my fault. She knows the score as I make fun of her about it all the time who's the better driver. Self driving car can't get here fast enough.
