my 6800 is now idling like 60 degrees with my nv5 silencer

should i re apply the as5 ?

or does the as5 need to burn in?
 
My GPU does not come in contact with NV5. I had to reapply more AS5 but Im also get 55-60 idle. Maybe I should try this tightening thing though im afraid ill snap that rubber washer in half...
