Yea, like some mentioned already, breakfast is equally important.

Today I ate 2 eggs, a bowl of rice with side dishes, and a glass full of orange juice for breakfast.

Pretty good breakfast, you can also add some Fava beans to the rice, eating those give trememdous amounts of energy and you have the whole day to burn it all up. Most Middle Eastern dishes start brunch with chick peas(GARBANZO beans) and fava beans
