im so sick of the winter

evident

After christmas and new years, im ready for it to be summer again. It hasn't been above freezing for the last two weeks, my car is covered in salt and i can't even wash the poor thing. it's gonna be corroded by the end of the winter =\ i think the cold weather is also making me achy as well.

Hopefully i can go to hawaii in march, if i can't do that then florida. who's ready for warm weather?

tomorrow or friday is supposed to be above freezing so a car wash is in order!

I love the 4 seasons, tbh. I think this year's theme should be CHANGE!

Driving in the snow is getting a little old. This winter has been harsh enough that there tends to be a lot of snow all at once and my car doesn't do so well in the real deep stuff.

Surprisingly, it is supposedly going to hit near 40 on Friday back home. I'll wash the car then, it needs it badly. That is if the report is correct and it doesn't change. Supposed to drop to 20 the next day and not get above the 20s for another week.

Got up to walk to class yesterday morning, it was 3 degrees and windy. It usually stops being cold and snowy around April. I hate winter.

From all the snow we've been getting this winter, I have one less stair leading up to my porch. I have a collection of bucket shaped ice cubes outside of my barn. And, from the kitchen remodeling project, a lot of heat is getting up into my attic, causing a little melting and huge icicles. I'd love to go on vacation in February, but we're expecting a lot more baby goats around that time. This winter sucks.

I have been in Florida since the 6th, and staying till the 27th. Although, in the daytime, the winters aren't really that bad in my neck of the woods. (northern New Mexico, ~5600 feet)

The weather has been shit here, going to Hawaii today at 230pm for 11 days. Surf my balls off and warm my bones.

This is why I moved to Hawaii.

I'm with you - I hate it. Here in Atlanta we have fairly short winters but not short enough. It's s'posed to get into the 60's tomorrow though - I'm excited about that.

What pisses me off is that it has been cold as hell in Georgia with temperatures dropping below freezing often but we haven't got any snow. I don't mind it being cold as long as we get some snow to go along with it to have fun.

i hate you. i need to find a tech job over there, stat!

Growing up in this stuff I should be used to it. But the last two winters have been brutal in MN. Longer and colder than normal. After a 3 day reprieve of high 20 low 30s we are heading back down to single digits tomorrow.

Last year was extremely cold and Spring never really showed up and summer was mild. We had fishing opener up north where some lakes still had ice. The latest ice out in the history of the state afaik. We had 30s and 40s into late April which is insane.

Minneapolis here, I took advantage of almost above freezing weather yesterday to wash the salt off my new car. Yummy

bah I just tried and my ho's frozen! So dirty... begging for a quickie cleaning, I feel so helpless. I'm not about to pay $10 at a carwash just to have it get dirty the next day with all the snow still on the ground. I guess it'll be bucket-loads of water splashing...

It was 79 degrees in Peetown yesterday. I am sad that I can't comfortably wear the scarves my mom made me. 🙁
