I checked out the first couple of minutes of this. I used to love this movie, haven't seen it in forever. Then I clicked on the getting John Candy's autograph link, and I cried a little

assholes...
I used to think like this, until I realized that the bank is basically just charging you a fee for lending you money to keep your bills from going unpaid, which would be much worse. It's pretty standard to charge something for lending people money, especially on no notice. Don't be too hard on your bank- NSF fees are no fun, but it's not their fault your account ran out of money. For perspective, this coming from someone who had to grovel to his bank to get a couple of NSF refunded six weeks ago so I could get back on top. It wasn't the bank manager's fault I ran out of money, but he still refunded me $35. Being out of money is no picnic, but don't blame the one who lent you money for charging you for a service you asked for by not having the money in your account when the check cleared. Talking to myself here, too.

I have come to a point where I hate money. No matter how much I have its never enough. I wish there was a way that I could live without it.
I used to think this way, too...in fact, for most of my life. But then I learned that the problem isn't in money, but in people. Money is just concentrated power, like crude oil. If you're unhappy, it's not because you have too much money. Maybe you miss the challenge of getting by when you were making less...maybe you feel guilty that you have nice things while billions feel lucky just to eat...maybe you feel that your money is meant to do something worthwhile, but you don't know what. But money is just an inanimate object that is neither good nor evil. If you have a lot of money but still feel empty, don't blame the money, but rather look for real solutions.
Leave $20 bills in random places. Mail a big Wal-Mart gift card to the local animal shelter. Walk through a parking lot and look for broken-down cars with baby seats in them and leave a folded neon orange flyer under their wiper with a $100 bill taped inside. Get more exercise. Take up new hobbies, especially ones where you can meet nice people- maybe a book club. If you hate your job, start making plans to get into another line of work. Don't be afraid to start all over- why hold onto a life of misery? Buy five copies of your favorite book and give them to a library. Go get that physical you've been putting off. If you run out of ideas, ask someone- there's always someone who could use some help.
The world is organized around getting, but true happiness comes from giving. It's not that simple, no, but we are social creatures, whether we like it or not, and we either hang together or hang separately. Enjoy your wealth, but enjoy others enjoying it, too. If it's any comfort, I think your being uncomfortable with having more money than you need is a good first step
😀
I hope this helps!
