It's not exiting to hear about changes in access control. Might be a good idea, but no part of me being super duper pumped!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's a ton of work to actually watch all of the videos, but you might just be convinced to read the comments about the videos and learn something. Maybe read someone's report on these changes.

Careful though - you could fall off the wagon.
 
I'm 3.5 years old, and I know how to navigate to the channel 9 website all by my self.

Videos will look better in Vista!!! They've made it so that you can actually play HD content. Currently with XP it takes a ballsy machine and you still get blips and glitches. They've allowed this type of content to have more of a priority for limited periods of time AFAIK.
 
Vista does have some interesting things in it, but you are just being a dirtbag that criticises anyone who won't join hands and sit in on your little "Vista rocks" circle jerk.

I have no problems playing HD content on my Windows XP system. STFU and get some real world experience.

That's what people said about XP... that they'll never go to there, and just stick with W2K. I bet in a couple of years, we'll see you with a box with Vista.

Anyways, i'm excited for it... it's about time we got a new OS. If anything, i just need an OS that does font scaling properly.

You definitely have an identity problem, but instead of flaming all responders who don't agree with you, why don't you check the various threads. You didn't read the rules about flamers.

Since you seem to have knowledge about videos, how about giving us old timers some pointers. You seem to so chock full of info and I would like to hear how you would use Vista.

1080p content is very difficult for any new machine to play now-a-days. All of your real world experience and your anecdotal evidence of your one disgusting machine means nothing for the average user's experience.
