Check this out.

I placed an order with inkout.com for some HP toner on 10/29/01. I email them on 11/07/01 to find out the status. Here's my email sent to them on 11/07/01:

Hi, could you please tell me the status of my order. The order number is 1st-inkjet-2787. I placed the order about 10 days ago with the 2-day Fedex option because I was hoping to get it quickly. I'm almost out!!!

Didn't hear back from them. Emailed them 5 days later on 11/12/01:

It's now been 2 weeks since I placed my order 1st-inkjet-2787. I need to know if the ink is going to be shipped to me soon, or if I need to cancel my order and buy it elsewhere. I am totally out of ink. Please let me know!

Here's their reply on 11/12/01:

that order will be sent out tomorrow. You can expect it in 2days from
tomorrow. I apologize for the delay. Thank you


Never got toner, emailed them back on 11/21/01:

I still have not received my order. I paid extra for shipping so that I would recieve it sooner. Now it's been over 3 weeks since I placed the order and still nothing. Your previous email said I would receive it 2 days from Monday, Nov 12th. You're website claims same day shipping as well as outstanding customer service. I'm very dissatisfied with your company.

Here's their reply on 11/21/01:

Your order will be shipped out on friday I apologize for the delay. You will be emailed a tracking number

You should have received your package today. I will recall the first one and get another one sent in the morning. I apologize for the delay.

Never got toner, emailed them back on 12/01/01:

I placed my order on October 29th. It is now December 1st and I STILL have not received it! This is ridiculous! What is the holdup??? I've been told 3 or 4 different times that it will be mailed to me in the morning!!! Please cancel my order and credit my card. I will order it
from someone else. How do you plan on staying in business if you treat your customers this way!!!


It is now 12/07/01 and I have not heard back from them and have not received my toner. BASTARDS!!!

So everybody email info@inkout.com and tell them to ship order # 1st-inkjet-2787!!!!! Thanks!

And then if you ever get it, refuse the package and ask for a refund :p

Yeah, I had the same sort of trouble with 2for1inkjet. They sent me the cartidges I ordered twice (late both times) and neither of them worked. I don't remember if I ever got the credit to my account, either, when I bitched them out and told them to refund my money. Never again will I buy refilled ink cartridges. Not worth the hassle.
