Just read a few of the posts I didn't see yesterday. Next time tell your parents to fvck off and sign up for a debit card or a credit card. Either way, you can buy online with ease and save much more cash. Hell, if you sent me the cash I'd buy the parts for you. That sucks man, good luck with getting it back together.
 
Sounds like someone doesen't know how to build a computer.

Edit: Ok, Ok.. that's a little harsh.

Tear down the computer and rebuild it. Make sure you install the heatsink correctly.

If that doesen't fix it, since you've already eliminated the PSU and RAM...

RMA the board.
