Oh, and if you truly have Administrator-class rights on other machines, then right-click My Computer -> Manage. Right-click "Computer Management (local)", click "Connect to another computer". Enter the machine name. Wait.
Open Services & Applications -> Services. Find Windows Audio, right-click -> Stop.

Laugh.

If they have XP, create a batch file with this command in it:
SHUTDOWN -s -t 01

For Windows 2000:
SHUTDOWN /L /T:0 /Y

and set the task to run every 5 minutes. They will leave the lab shortly.

Just crank up the volume so damn loud everyone will beat the ****** out of him. Don't think it will happen, but piss of a lot of people even more.
