If I could choose any food for just one day where it didn't effect my health or weight in anyway:

4x Jumbo Cinnamon buns pre-breakfast with a frapacinno loaded with sugar and cream.

4 eggs + sharp cheddar cheese with bacon and tomato on a croissant or sesame bagel for breakfast. On the side 4 pancakes. I mean real pancakes that are the size of a cake. I then want 2 ice scream scoops of real butter on top with 3 cups of maple .
I then want a side dish of bacon, buttermilk biscuits, 8 or so sausage links, and some blueberry muffins.

Well, breakfast is done. Time for lunch!!

What's better for lunch than a stuffed crust pizza with pepperoni and sausage with 3 types of cheeses on top? If you guys haven't tried Digiorno's stuffed crust pizza, then you don't know what you're missing. Of course, I plan to eat the whole pizza. With a side of garlic sticks with a cup of butter to dip them in.

Now time for dinner!!

Give me a old fashion double chili cheese burger on a Kaiser roll. With monary jack cheese, cheddar, and Munster. I want that chili hot damnit! Of course as a chaser, you have to have deep fried cheese fries with crushed bacon on top. Screw the ketchup, give me that artery clogging ranch dressing to dip it in.

For desert...

Oh boy...Give me that Cheese cake with the layer of chocolate moose on top with strawberry filling. It has to be from NYC...has to be from NYC...then wash it all down with a nice vanilla milk shake.

Ok...im hungry. I'm going to go eat my baked skinless and boneless chicken.

Are you on a weight loss plan? Set yourself a milestone goal, and when you reach it go ahead and do your fantasy day, then get the hell back onto the wagon

I'm almost there!

I was at 212, and now down to about 185. I'm 6'0, so my goal is around 180. Maybe I should lose an extra 2 lbs just so I can have this day!!

Though im afraid that one day might stretch to other days... hah.

Eh, I rarely have the desire for fast food or sweets anymore. Pizza is about my limit, and I'm still guaranteed to get sick from it.

I have adopted a life style, more so than a diet, to stay away from the fatty fast foods and boxed dinners at the super market.

But sometimes...sometimes...I would just love to go all out and eat like a pig.

I don't eat buger king or mcdonalds...doesn't make any sense to me. I can just cook a buger (with about 40% or more less fat) using the right meat on a grill at home.

Though I would like one of Wendy's crispy (spicy) chicken sandwiches right about now.

The time in my life when I could eat like a whale was the best. Took down 2 bags of chicken wings PER WEEK! That and around 2 boxes of chicken bakes, cheese burgers, fajitas, toquitos, quesadillas. Thank you costco for those good ol days!

By the way, is Subway considered fast food?

Marketing and public opinion is all "fast food" stands for.

They sell sandwiches...fast and convenient . Convenience and speed in my mind is what classifies fast food from a restaurant; not calories and nutritional facts.

I'm definitely working to get back to eating that stuff. During high school, I could eat like that for an entire year and only gain 5 pounds by the end of the year. But I ate like that for many years so the it slowly built up. I wonder how I'm still alive eating all that lol. Anyway, at worst, I was 220lbs. That was a few years ago. Now I'm 160lbs. Once I can see my six pack more clearly (without the aid of proper lighting), the bulking shall begin.. then the cheat days. Oh those glorious cheat days..... The cheat day thread on bb.com is awesome. It's been an inspiration :)

Sounds to me like you're in control. Maintain that control and you can have your cheat day and end it there. But not a moment before reaching your goal!

Well done on your progress so far.

Oddly I've gone pretty much cold turkey on fast/junk food since I moved. I simply don't crave it anymore. I do try to stay away from the super rich stuff when I go out to eat as well.

Being able to cook somewhat decently and still have it be pretty healthy also helps a lot.

I think it would be better to try to bulk up while you still have fat. At least then the body has more excess energy to use to build muscle.

Though I do admit after trying myself, doing cardio and muscle work at the same time is extremely hard! I only get 6 hrs of sleep during week days so I simply do not have the energy.

I'm a believer in eating what your body craves. We're all going to die and eating is one of life's pleasures. I seen people on no sodium, eat healthy diets, and they hate the food they eat. I rather die early then eat crap I didn't like just to prolong miserable life by a fraction.

OP, good job with your weight loss.

Thanks! But I think I might of missed my point. I just want one day where I can just gorge of my all time favorite foods. Thanksgiving is not included.

My idea of gorging is completely different than it used to be. Now gorging is a yogurt smoothie with cooked oatmeal, protein powder, baking cocoa, raspberries, and maybe even some peanut butter. Talk about filling and hitting the sweet tooth all at the same time.

That's the perfect post workout recharger right there.

How long have you been on your diet?

You know...there's nothing wrong with a cheat-meal every now and again to keep you sane...just don't overdue it and you'll be fine.

Heck, my current cut-diet says to have a cheat-meal every week...this week it's a Flamethrower Burger and a Blizzard from DQ. :D

(We just got our DQ up here...)

Hrm, I wouldn't mind a foot long chili cheese coney and some extreme tots from Sonic. I do cheat days too, but I do them once a month. I think this is what I'm going to get next time. :p
