I'm sending an application to USC...but what are they good for?

cmon man... its U S C... 😀 i have friends that go there and their parents always brag about how their kids go there... little do they know they're all failing... hahahaha... 😛

it's kind of weird. compton on the outside didn't look as run down or intimidating as ... say, parts of washington heights or east harlem ... just a bunch of modestly sized homes with little lawns and metal bars on the windows....
 
Good business school, good med/pharmacy school, ... good for maybe the job connections ? Why didn't you apply for the USC scholarship, deadline was dec 10.?

And I'm not spoiled. Mommy and daddy said I earned my Porsche 911 fair and square!! :|

To be honest, in my time there I've known more people on scholarships/loans than your archetypal "Spoiled Rich Kids." That pretty much sums up 90% of the girls there.

Pros:
+ Smaller overall class sizes than, say, UCLA
+ Great sports scene
+ FSCKING HOT sorority girls
+ Business, Science, Film, Comm, Theater schools are all great
+ Excellent hookups for law, med school
+ Dental school kicks ass. Cheap exams. 🙂

Cons:
- In the ghetto
- "Fscking hot" sorority girls are as stupid and bitchy as they come
- Expensive if you don't have financial aid
- In the ghetto

Oh ya They Love asians, remember 91'😉 JK It's really not that bad the whole about 3 mile perimeter and frat houses are constantly patrolled by USC public safety. Just stay west of figueroa and south of adams.

Not as good as Calpoly😉

i heard that basically anyone who passed engineering at a half decent school can go to usc for engineering grad school.


basically you will be throwing your 30k away. come to ucla, if you are a cali resident, you'll save a lot, the girls will be the same or better, you'll see expensive cars in the city, no bars on the dorm room windows. and after lavin gets fired (and he will they are cleaning house, he's a moron and the new athletics director will fire him just like toledo) , well our major sports teams will be rebuilding to something decent.
