No, actually, you are selling the CDs, the physical game CDs. And that is not against blizzards TOS. It just so happens that with the CDs and used CD KEY are characters with good items.

It is against Blizzards TOS.
You are selling an online account, which can be reversable at any time, because Blizzards does NOT change certain things on that account. Just incase the account was to get 'hacked' as they say.

What I mean is, people on ebay who want to sell their account don't specifically sell their account. They put up an auction for the CDs. And they specify that the account tied to those CDs/CDkey won't erased by the seller. But officially the buyer is spending their $ on the actual WoW CDs, which is perfectly fine to sell.
