Ok well I've had a long line of computer troubles in my past MORE then I can remember. Now... my computer is practically useless.

2.20 Celeron
Asrock P4AL-800 MOBO
ATX-350W Power Q

It says monitor cables arent connected so when I took everything out and put it back in it worked. I had to do this 3 times because it happened everytime I replaced the PSU now it stopped working... If I get a ASUS AMD Motherboard and a new AMD CPU will I have to UP my PSU or will it fry or mess up my parts? I don't feel like having messed up parts. And I don't think I'll have enough for a GOOD PSU I could get a cheap 450W or somthing but nothing over 30$. Can anyone help?

So basically what I'm asking is will I be fine with getting a new MOBO/CPU or is this a PSU problem or whatnot... I don't want fried parts or non-working parts.

If you don't really need the extra everything you'll get from a new mainboard/CPU, you might try just to upgrade the PSU. I have no problems, but my sistem has a much lowly processor on a noname 350W PSU
