I find that exercising and chugging lots and lots of water helps me out. When I want to smoke, I get down and bang out 30 pushups or something and then chug a bunch of water. In very desperate times, I simply went to bed or took a nap. Sometimes sleeping away 5-6 hours of time is the best way to hide from the evil craving monster.
