I'm pissed off at my girlfriend! *UPDATE*

We had plans to go on a trip to either Taiwan, HK, Signapore, or Japan since Feb of this year. And when the time of departure is almost here (next week) she gets a new job and won't be able to go. I went through a lot to get my passport (long story) and asking work for some vacation time (which I don't deserve yet) and now she can't go. But I'm still planning on going without her or I have to wait a whole year for a chance like this. She gets all pansy and won't let me go. Her reasoning is that she'll misses me and wants to try to plan a short vacation like to New York instead. What should I do, should I still go or not?

P.S. when I had a hard time obtaining my passport and difficulty asking for some time off at work she said she was going to go with or without me. And I simply said okay because she was thinking of visiting her parents as well.

See you all in two weeks. I'm off to Taiwan and Japan tomorrow!

If you really want to go then go. You have been together long enough for her to understand. A trip to NY doesn't compare with a trip to Japan. dang, your pretty harsh. Shes actually a really good girl, she just can't stand the fact that I'm going on vacation without her. I really want her to go with me, but I'm looking for advice if I should just go on my own.
