I'm new the the FS/T thing, how's it all work? Whats some stuff i should know?

I'm a newb to the FS/T thing so clue me in as how it works. I have alotta decent stuff i don't have a use for.
 
first , you have to display your profile, with a valid email address

Read the rules, but heres some general stuff that they won't put in there...

1. Don't expect to make profit. Everyone in there is bargains saavy and knows the best price they can get on that stuff. In fact, do expect less than retail value when you sell your stuff otherwise you're not going to sell anything.

2. Expect to ship first being a newb. Egay evals aren't worth anything here.

first of all enable your profile with a valid email address, 2nd enable your private message feature as it makes communication a whole lot easier.
 
OK... won;t lemee use a @yahoo.com e-mail so what do i do? It's the only thing i can use right now cuz i need to call my ISP since their e-mail isn't working for me.
 
Did that but won;t lemee use yahoo 🙁

I changed E-mail and updated my stuff but it reverted back since stupid ban on yahoo e-mail
 
Also, expect to pay first/ship first since you're a newbie 😉 Stick with reputable sellers/traders/buyers so you don't get scammed 😉

I don't see anything wrong with that. Rossman always has some good deals, and this one is very appealing to me.

 
although you will most likely have to pay/ship first becuase you dont have any heatware evals, dont just be willing to cough up the $$, check out the seller/buyer, look at their heatware, etc. enable your profile with a vaild email address. remember to bump your own thread only once every 4 hours. If you are selling multiple items, consolidate them into 1 FS thread.

since you said you were a complete noob, a bump would be your own reply to 'bump' your thread up to the top of the list, as it will be on the 2nd page within 10 mins, so others can see it. the fs/ft forum is quite different than the ot forum as most of the posts in your thread will be your own...

read the rules, so you know what you can and cannot sell, i.e. coupons, etc. want to know the 'going' rate of something? do a search first, and see what a couple other people are selling their for, or just make a price that you think right.
