The rent I am paying now is about 60% less than the actual rent for my place in this area, today (3 year-old lease), if I were to sign a new lease. This was the last "cheap" part of the Bay Area.

...so yeah. Don't count on it. 😀

I actually meant because I'm leaving in three months, and so zin will have to move back to keep the balance.
