I've been in my place over a couple years... so I'm used to $1,100 for 2 bed, 2 bath.

What do you pay?

Darn, I left my apartment when they raised the rent to $95.

Oh, that was 1967 when I bought my first home.

I think a while back my family had a 3bd, 2bath place for 1600 in Alhambra. I forget exactly. But anything is cheaper than northern california prices.

when i left my apartment near Park School, the rent was about ~1000 for 2 bdrm, 2 bath. but that was about 3-4 years ago.

Nothing, house is owned.

However, when I lived in Vancouver WA rents averaged about 600-700 for apartments and 700-1100 a month for houses.

In Longview (40 miles north of Vancouver) I averaged 400-600 for apartments and 500-750 for houses.

The above were all 2-3 bedroom 2 bath apartments and 3-4 bedroom 2 bath houses.

theres an apartment complex a few blocks away that charges $1500 for 2 bedrooms and 1 bath i think.
