They're Neimann Marcus Chocolate Chip, but I leave the expresso powder out because you can't buy expresso powder here in Podunk. I've looked. Everywhere.
The dough is in the fridge right now because it has to be the right temperature. If the dough is too warm the cookies get flat.
If they get flat, then they don't have the crispy flaky outside and caramelly inside that makes my sticker peck out.
 
You don't have to be gay to cook, though it does help. 😉

With the modern invention of online shopping you could have espresso powder come to you.
 
Enjoy, and show some pics when done. I wish there were still women out there with fabulous figures who enjoyed baking/cooking. I think that started becoming out of vogue around the time of the Vietnam War.

you know OP, its really funny you should bring this up, because for some strange reason my friends and i have been making cookies at like 1am almost every day while playing GRAW2 and DnD... we don't really know why, it just suddenly sounded like a good idea. and no, we're not stoners. 😀

i'm glad its not just me. 🙂
 
Welp, I burned most of them. Not actually burned, but made them too brown.
About half of them are pretty much perfect.
The dough wasn't cold enough, I should have left it sit overnight in the fridge.
I haven't even tasted one yet because I don't like them when they're hot. I'll have to report back later.

They cooled off and they KICK ASS.

been wanting to try that recipe!!! 🙂 not a coffee drinker, but could u maybe have gone to starbuck's & sweet-talk them into giving you some? also i've heard that instant coffee could have easily been a substitute just by doubling whatever the recipe called for.

*still waiting for a taste report* LOL
