Cash back doesn't exactly take a lot of time. It's not one of those things where you have to accumulate points and jump through hoops to use rewards. There's free money sitting there and all you have to do is click a few things to get it every month. Or you can just sit on it and turn it in every 6 months if you want, it doesn't matter.

I'd give it all up for a 4.75% permanent interest rate though, wow.

I wouldn't. Interest rate is irrelevant to me because I pay my credit cards off every month.

The only interest rate that matters is 0% for 12 months or more

BOOM! Exactly this. I'm sitting on a cozy 18mo 0% card that has about 8mo left. I could pay it off but I'd literally be losing money.

And not only do you get 0% introductory rate, you can earn points on it! It's magnificent!

If you have good credit Capital One's venture card is 2 miles (if you use them for travel, idk what the conversion to cash is) + 10,000 bonus miles if you spend $1000 in 3 months
