I'm looking for a rear USB adapter and can't find what I need!

I don't need a USB PCI card, I simply need the bracket with ports on it that connects to the USB pinouts on my motherboard and goes where the PCI brackets go (The part of ta PCI card that you screw to the case). Kind of like how some older motherbaords had the serial ports, etc on a plate that connected to the motherboard.
Make any sense? 😉
Any help would be appreciated. (I can't find them at Newegg, it may take some more searching...)

YES! That's EXACTLY what I'm looking for with zero luck!
Here's a pic for everyone else, it's the bracket on the bottom.
Know where to get them? I need three as I have 3 empty bracket slots but no empty PCI slots. The brackets will fit inbetween the cards I have in there, and I have three spare headers on my motherboard. (I'm using one for the front panel, but don't use them full time.)
I'm about to post in the FS/FT/WTB and see what comes up...
 
Asus mbs come with those adapters. While not what your looking for, try this section of Newegg. They have USB pci cards that are fairly cheap and may work well for you. I didn't search all of the pages, but they may even have the bracket in there somewhere.
 
If the shipping was free, I might bite, but I wish I could find one with 4 USB insteadof Firewire. I already have Firewire on the front panel. 🙁
