Hi,
I'd like to get a recommendation for a new motherboard that will be as durable as possible (electronically).
I had a very bad experience with my last 2 boards that got damaged from a various of reasons (and maybe it was just bad luck I guess).
The board itself will be used manly for games, but it MUST to have a 7 segment led that is indicating problems.
My other criteria is that it can't pass the 120$

I think that the Z87-PRO will be suffice, any thoughts?

I would go with asrock z97 itx (if you want an itx board). As itx board goes it is fairly decent.

Of course there are dozen of other boards we could recommend but you have not given any indication of what your requirements are with regards to slots, sata ports, or what have you.

However, I would go for a z97 over a z87 right now as z97 are pretty cheap with the intrudction of skylake. In USA I would avoid asus and go with gigabyte, msi or asrock but individual boards have +/-.

You're right, I'm very sorry that I forgot to mention that before.
One of my requirements is that the board have to be ATX only.
And as for ports, as long as I have at least least 1 16X PCIe and 3 floors below (or more) another 1X+ PCIe, I'm good.

And as for the one that you suggest me, where exactly is the 7 segment LED?

The Z87-PRO is only $104....
And I'm pretty sure it's support Intel Core i5-4590 (what I have right now).
Can't you really give me an alternative for the same results (+/-) and for a lower price?
