It would help if we knew what CPU you planned on overclocking, there are a lot of LGA775 CPU's and chipsets, and not all chips are compatible with all boards..

I am running my 805 on that board (8N-SLI), it'a pretty good board and I like it. I am running my 805@3.7ghz, but I have water cooling. You are gonna need very good cooling for overclocking an 805, they run hot. I'm hitting 57c on water @3.7ghz.
