Im looking for a homemade 80mm to 60mm Fan Adapter

Im just wondering if anyone has any pictures or ideas on the best way to make a simple, neat looking adapter to allow the mounting of a 80mm fan onto a stock AMDxp HS made for a 60mm fan.

I'd say just replace your stock hsf.
