im looking for a good webcam. any ideas?

looking for a good webcam for videoconferencing (personal, not business) and maybe an occasional video clip or two. any ideas. under $150 would be good.

If you already have a video camera you can get a TV Tuner card for about $50 and just use that. The only down side I can think of is the webcam is more compact and fits on desks better.
