That I-10 is going to Tucson. That part of highway is located just after the tunnel in downtown Phoenix. The 2 straight parallel is highway 202, the curve one is from highway 51 to 202.

No its not.
And it is in color. I dont think that you can find a "full" color version of this picture. That is how it was released. I have never seen it any different. You can bust out the good old photoshop and recolorize it. Its not terribly hard. Just time consuming.
