Basically to turn an office space into a coffee shop. The work is probably a week's worth (more likely two), you can either bid on project or hourly, I will pay for materials (this can be discused later). What I need is some one that lives (or can travel to the IE, Clairmont CA), and knows or have done contract works. You have to know plumbing, stainless steel works (prefered) and licensed electrician (most contrators are), and most importantly, self insured. The work is to be done within the next 3 months (possily 4), depends on how quick I can negotiate lease, I will contact you once I got the best bidder. If you're interested, please send sample pix of your works and experience to dabooboo@verizon.net.

If you know any small contracting companies, you can refer them as well, thanks.

Crazy,

Dunno abut CA, but in my neck of the woods, you'll lilely find that different people specialize in different trades. The guys that try to do it all are more for home repairs, and probably not qualified for you job. I would presume CA is more strict on their licensing than they are here in KS...

Good luck!

so youre posting this in a computer geek forum.
perhaps you should try your local yellow pages.
im quite sure you can find people in LA much more qualified than you will here.

As it turned out, ATOT is comprised of everything but computer geeks. The reason I'm posting here is because a lot of you are handy, and might might not cost me as much, and I'd like to work more at a personal level, rather than a company.

I would bid, but I'm in the SF Bay Area. Sorry. Good luck, though. I would suggest checking out some other cafe's and see who they used.....
