It was this. The 737 was quite nice. The plane was less than half full! And it was a 3 destination plane! I'm somewhere... southwest.

About 5 years ago in a winter storm a Southwest plane ran off the end of the Midway runway and killed somebody in a car on the road outside the airport. I was landing at O'Hare at almost the same moment of this accident.

That still means no one has died in a SW plane crash, just under it.

Air travel is super fun. I got to go on a plane a couple years back because I won a company award outside the province. Was awesome. Well technically 4 different flights. 2 there 2 back.

You shouldn't be worried about mechanical failure. You should be more worried about pilot error.

Planes are funny things. Lightning strike? No problem. 3-4 birds sucked into the engine on takeoff? Everyone dies horribly.
