as for parts:

mobo: id think about this one - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813137055 pretty cheap, i myself have had no experience with Aopen. this runs on ddr though. if you have ddr2, this would work too: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813131542

graphics: 6600GT is the best value now, maybe even cheaper because the 7800 is out.. the evga is probably the best, followed by leadtek.

case: more of a personal option, but this one would work http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16811129150 comes with a powr supply too, should be enough to run your hardware.

It's possible to upgrade just the case, motherboard, power supply, and video card for about half of what the guy quoted to you.

i want talk about os cd.technial assistent said for my i need buy new os.but i have one already but not form hp.so might work with my os new upgrades?and everything will fit in my new case and motherboard?
