On two of those PC's I had previously installed HL, but on those it crashed immediately and never worked, on the other PC it previously worked fine, but then I decided to reinstall it over the current installation to fix some issues.
I then clicked the HL-icon and I got immediately the error that "HL has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You'll have to start the program again.".
Never I get the menu. Only this error. If it happened on one PC, okay, I could accept that. Two? Not realistic. Three? Impossible.
All those PC's are running Win2k, have totally different system specifications and are properly configured. Other games (like UT and Q3) run just fine. The weirdest thing is that previously HL worked just fine on the third PC...
