I'm consolidating my high interest loans and paying those off. American General Financing are charging me almost 30% interest! So I'll be paying off my car and my high interest loans.

There are legal limits to what interest rates can be and I thought they were around low 20s?

 
I would cash the check for 10,000 $1 bills, then put it in the bathtub and swim around in it. Is 10,000 of those enough to do that?

or even better

Get all $1 bills except for a couple $100's. Then make bundles with the $100's on the outside so that it looks like bundles of $100's. Then put them all in a briefcase and go to the Ferrari dealership and test drive a few cars after showing them your loot.
