I used to have the exact same problem, but I don't anymore, I divorced my son's mother. 🙂 Sure, there were 1001 other reasons why I'm divorced, but that was one that always really burned me up. Now I hear my ex complain about how our 5yr. old son is such a terrible kid at times and I just laugh. He's no angel, but he knows no to try and pull anything on me and that's just the way it should be. 😀

BTW, my GF doesn't have any kids, but she agrees with me 100% on how to handle my son and any kids we may have after we're married. She's very much a lay down the law sort of person.
 
WTF! My lil girl learned REAL QUICK not to fvck ****** up around here. Took one spanking and it drove the point home. Anytime I see her doing something she shouldn't be doing I make sure to deal with it right then and dare. Lets just say... she is very well behaved with ME! Now with her mother she walks all over her.

The date on the pcitures is correct. After she allowed it to look like that I showed her the pictures, she cleaned up her act...............until about six months ago.

Kids is the reason that I'm not marry, and I'm not going to have kids if I ever have enough courage to step up to the plate & ask the GF.

I'm planing to have only wood & tile floor if my GF & I have an accident. The play room would be lined with plastic, have a drain and a high pressure (1 1/2" water line) firehose for cleaning.

Dude, vacuum your place and do the dishes.

And before you say anything, I have four kids of my own, so I know how tough it can be.

As far as the markers, well at least your kids haven't ruined two sets of leather furniture.
